Action Action Action!

You can get everything in life you want if you can just help enough other people get what they want. -Zig Ziglar

Everybody has dreams and we all want these to come true. Just like me i really have big dreams, i want to retire at age 35 and start inspiring other people all over the world that it is possible. i would want to have a privileged lifestyle with my family having financial and time freedom. I would want to be able to travel the world anytime and experience culture. I would want to help indigent communities to be self sufficient and improve their quality of lives. Also, i want to help at least 1000 people directly or indirectly create wealth and financial freedom.

So are your Dreams important for you?
Have you taken the necessary steps to get there?
Are you heading the right direction towards your goals?
Are you in the right financial vehicle?

Daily consistent action allows you to move towards the achievement of anything you dream of having. Without taking action, every dream, every goal no matter how big or noble, ultimately becomes futile. but also, taking action in the wrong financial vehicle will only produce 'activity" and not productivity.

Today, i going to share some insights in taking action.

1. Focus. laser in to what you want to accomplish. As you have already set your goals, make sure that the actions you take are going to take you 1 step closer and closer to accomplishing it. Be deliberate, practice and learn the skills that you need to accomplish your goal. Be careful about activity and productivity, some actions are going to keep you busy, and take a lot of time, but are not necessarily making you productive.

2. Be Consistent and predictable. Structured action allows you to keep your productivity high. Small steps done repeatedly will lead towards achieving big steps. take consistent daily action towards your goal. Success is like going uphill, if you stop midway, you don't start from the point, you'll go back and start from scratch.

Jump Right In!
3. Jump right in and figure it out. It is never going to be a perfect time. there is no such thing as perfect conditions, perfect situations or you are already fully equipped in doing something. There will always be adjustments along the way. But if you don't start and jump right in, nothing will happen. Over come your fear of failure. One of the main things that keep people from succeeding is because they are too afraid to fail. Courage is not the absence of fear, but acting in spite of fear. Action cures fear. Remember, every master was once a disaster.

4. Stay Positive. You will encounter challenges and obstacles once you start taking the necessary steps towards your goals. It will never be easy if your goal is worthwhile. This is where you have to stop listening to the inner voices that tells you that you can't. Always set your eyes on the prize, although achieving is is not easy, its surely going to be worth it. So always protect your mindset, read books and listen to audios, fill your mind with positive things to get you going. And as much as you can, avoid negative people.

5. Never Give Up. One of the most critical parts of taking action is finishing. Fully commit to make your dreams happen. 99% commitment will not do, only by giving it your best and your 100% will your dreams be accomplished. Regardless of whatever setbacks you might encounter, always keep in mind that your dream is bigger than that. Make a single decision to succeed and keep it. Do whatever it takes. Never quit.

In the achievement of your goals, there are only 2 things; Reasons or Results. Anything that happens that are not getting you where you want are only reasons. Focus on everything that tells you why you can do it. Take action, the best time to start is yesterday, the next best time is NOW.

I wish you well and good luck!

Goal Setting, Goal Getting

"Goals without action is just a wish."

We all want to be successful, isn't it? but what sets successful people apart from every body else is that successful people are very much Goal oriented!

So why is setting a goal very important?

Without a goal you lose direction. It is said if you don't know where you are going, then it doesn't matter what you're doing. Setting goals creates clarity and focus, it gives meaning to the day to day activities as you start seeing success unfold.

So what am i supposed to do to be effective in setting goals?

I have outlined several points in goal setting and goal getting.

1. Establish what you want and how it looks like. First and foremost, be clear about what you want to achieve. Visualize how it will look like, and what exactly is the measure if you have achieved it. (e.g. a certain position, income per month, size of organization. etc.)

2. Set clear written goals. Be SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Time-bound) Written goals allow you to clearly see what you are actually accomplishing as compared to just thinking about it. it relieves your brain of trying to think and rethink about what you want. putting it in paper allows you to break it down into smaller pieces. Make sure that you enumerate the specifics of the things that you want to accomplish.

3. Follow through. Writing you goals is one thing, but following through your goals is another. Set measurable parameters and a monitoring structure to be able to make sure that on a daily basis, you are one step closer to your goal. Also set up daily activities, if accomplished will bring you closer to achieving what you want. (e.g. number of client calls / day, target sales per day, etc.)

4. Be Accountable. Letting other people know about your goals and how you plan to accomplish it increases accountability and thus allows you to perform and accomplish more. So declare your goals to your team, share your goals to your friends and discuss your goals with your mentor.

5. Commitment. Make a single decision to accomplish this goal no matter what it takes. Accept no excuses, accept no reasons. It is this attitude that will allow you to plow through challenges that you will encounter as you are getting there. as the Malaysians put it, "Die Die Must Make It!"

6. Massive Consistent Action. Make deliberate, massive and consistent action steps towards achieving your goal. Guided by your monitoring structure, make sure that you take action and don't stop until you get there!

Using these 6 steps in goal setting and goal getting, it will be much clearer and simpler for you to be able to achieve whatever you put your mind into!

Choosing the Right Vehicle

I’d rather use 1% of 100 people's effort, rather than 100% of my own -J.P. Getty

it has been quite a hiatus for me in writing, but I’m back. Been happily enjoying the great vehicle that I chose to drive my life!

In the last article, we talked about creating profits. As we continue, 1 thing that needs to be understood is LEVERAGE. Without leverage, huge profits will not be made. So if you're thinking of doing it yourself, all alone, then you're bound not to create huge profits.

If you want to create huge profits, then you basically have to MULTIPLY yourself; your time, your effort, your skills, basically everything. but the question is how do you do that? how do you transform 24 hours into a lifetime's work?

"Study hard, get good grades so you can get into the best companies and have a secure future."

Have you heard about this advice? all along we were made to believe that this is true, and that this is the ONLY way to achieve success. But come to think of it, is it really true? Look around you, and everyone who has done what you are planning to do, people who are 5 - 10 years ahead of you in your career path. Do you like what you see? If yes, then go do what they are doing. If not, then start doing something else!

I'm not saying that we don't need to study anymore! What I'm saying is that we should use our education to be able to adapt to the changing trends and progressive ways of thinking!

Are you saying that I'm not gonna be successful anymore?

Not if you start directing your activities to a vehicle that can get you there.

So what are my other options?

Then you want to start looking at what the wealthy people are doing. Statically, 81% of people at age 65 are either dead or dead broke, 13% are still working, 5% are well to do and only 1% are WEALTHY! So, what would you choose – DEAD or DEAD BROKE?

Neither! Of course I want to be WEALTHY!

If so, then just look at what the wealthy are doing, they are in BUSINESS.

Honestly, it’s not really a question if people WANT to be in business, everybody wants it. The question is what kind of business?

Actually there are two types of business, small and big. Basic difference: small businesses are designed to create small incomes, and you have to be there from opening to closing for it to work, more than 8 hours a day and full of headaches. A big business is the one that’s designed to create a big income and eventually create LEVERAGE to give you time and financial freedom.

Three main types of a big business:

1.) Build your own Corporation. This is the part wherein you have to have a huge CAPITAL, and i mean millions, at least 10M++ just so you can start out. Second is you have to have SKILLS needed to run the business. And tons of EFFORT, not to mention being able to live in a dog eat dog world, just to make it work. The risk is significantly high as well as the failure rate. This part is where you can afford to “burn” money trying to make it work. This first type of big business means that even if you have the capital but you don’t have know-how’s then it still will not work.

2.) Buy a Franchise. This time, what you need is HUGE capital to afford a good franchise, because a good franchise gives you a world class brand, a proven system and an ultimately the ability to make more income (which is the main thing that we pay for). Training will already be available, just put in your effort. The downside is that It needs a big amount of capital usually 10M++ and it has a limited expansion capability (to make more income means buying another franchise which equals to another huge amount of capital. This second type of big business means that when you have capital, then you can pay for a way/ ability to create incomes through the franchise system.

As you can see, the main thing that concerns people in starting a business is CAPITAL. But even after having capital, one has to also have the SKILLS to make it work and effectively run it. To save up for capital mean years and years of saving up and working. On the other hand to learn the skills takes years of trial and error.

The question now is do you have the capital and skills to start a business? If the answer is NO, what if there was something that the capital is negligible and the skills are learnable because somebody is going to teach you, all you need to do is put in effort, would you JUMP into it?

For me, YES i would! This is what I chose and happily doing now, and this is what I did to get ahead.

3.) Create a Distribution Network This third type of BIG business enjoys all the benefits of a successful franchise business without the need to put up the millions and millions of capital investment. The initial investment would be a fraction of what you would invest in a traditional franchise (1/100 of the cost).  You partner up with a world class BRAND. Represent a unique product, and create a market for it!  The whole system will be taught to you through trainings, all you need to do is learn how to do it. You will be given a system to follow and implement and the income potentials are HUGE, even better than traditional franchise options. Why? because a distribution network allows you unlimited expansion capabilities without the need for putting in more investment. This is the key factor that creates leverage and allows you to MULTIPLY your time, effort and money.

The question is, are you going to be open and looking for your opportunities? Because nothing new will happen if you don’t start doing anything new! Just look at your life 5 years ago, the decisions you made brought you where you are right now at that pace. If you don’t change anything, you can predict how your life is going to look like 5 years from now. Do you like what you see?

I’m just sharing to you what came to me as an opportunity 2 years back which changed my financial status, and ultimately changed my life. I saw a vehicle that creates a wonderful income stream that also provides a lot of time to spend with the people important to me.

Today, declare to yourself that “Its now my time to fulfil MY DREAMS!”

Activity: Write down your goals and start building your dream again. Then ask yourself, “Are my dreams important to me?" If yes, then “What am I willing to do to make them happen?”

Choose the RIGHT vehicle, and start making your DREAMS HAPPEN.

Profits vs Wages

Wages make you a living, but profits make you a fortune. -Jim Rohn

After college graduation, you are so excited to start your "real" life. You found a job and now you are very excited! you got your first pay check, you celebrate, then get your next pay check 15 days after. then a vicious cycle follows, you're happy on the 15th of the month, sad on the 20th because all your bills are now due. you're just getting by thereafter, then excited on the 29th, happy again on the 30th. then sad on the 5th. Sounds familiar??? Now you're caught on a rat race and you still are unaware.

If this is still happening to you, then probably its now the best time to understand the power of profits.

Before that, id like to tell you more about wages. Wages are designed to pay you based on time. we call this linear income, trading time for money. It's never designed to get you to your dreams. as you saw in my last article, you can actually compute how much you can make through your life. its a SURE way to know if you will be able to fulfill your dreams or not.

Profits on the other hand are designed to pay you based on your productivity or a lot of people's productivity. We call it leverage. You get it through a business or through assets. This way, you don't need to trade your time for money and the best thing is that you can get a lifetime's worth of productivity at the fraction of the time you need if it was through wages. Here's a way to be able to get to your DREAMS! now is it sure? of course not, but definitely its better than being SURE that you will NOT get there.

Now if you understand this, then you're on your way to prosperity, to being RICH! If your question is i don't know how? i don't know what to do? then those are good questions. You just have to be OPEN to opportunities that may pass you. Just like i did, when an opportunity was presented to me, an average boy with no huge capital to start a traditional business, I grabbed it and now, my whole life has changed. This is why im here sharing this to everybody else.

Currently, there are so many options to be able to start making a profit. Just be ready to accept new ideas, new concepts that are far from the traditional way of thinking. In my next article, i'll be talking about different ways to make a HUGE profit.

Are you getting close?

If you want it badly enough, there are no limits on what you can achieve - Brian Tracy

I have always believed in the limitless of the human potential. For as long as it can be done in the physical world, then it can be achieved by anyone.

But in anything that you want to get done, a plan must be set out in order to clearly see what it really is. Goals must be set in order to give direction to what you want to achieve.

I believe that goals are dreams with action plans. without it then it will only remain a dream. "No ship sets sail without a destination." but for everyone, "where do you want to go?" what does success really mean to you? for most people it will be time and financial freedom! but the question is, how do you really set effective goals that you can achieve?

First, take a look at your life, with whatever you are doing right now, is it going to bring you to your success? if not then look for other options. this is the first step, even if you are the best person, but you are riding the wrong vehicle, you will definitely not get there.

Next, Be SMART. As Covey shared in the 7 habits:
Begin with the End in mind - Create a mental image of how you want your life to look like, is it a life of success or a life that is stuck somewhere? you should already be able to see your life 5, 10, 20 years from now.

Specific - In terms of what you want to get, create specifics already, what type of house you want to live in, what color of car you want to drive, how much time you want to spend with your family, which countries you want to go visit and etc. be very specific in the things that you really want, if not you won't know that you are already getting it.

Measurable - Dream big so you can achieve big, know really how much you need to get to where you want. how much income, how much assets, how much. so you will have a clear picture of the exact things that you need to get. Financially, start with your float level, an income that can make you survive, then go for your income and eventually double triple and determine your desired income.

Attainable - This part is relative to anybody, but for as long as you believe that it can be done, then it can. Set goals that will be attainable for you in the present. Don't expect to get a million dollars tomorrow if you haven't done anything in the past.

Realistic - Make sure your goals are possible in the real world. Don't wish to steal the moon and hold it in the palm of your hands! (you don't have the shrink ray :)) Be clear on the things the you want and make sure that it is real for you. Associate yourself with successful people so that you will get to see what "reality" is. and that it can be done.

Time bound - Set goals that have a deadline. do not believe that you are going to get it "someday", its almost equivalent to "never". Set out short term and long term goals. What you want to get in a month, 3 months a year, 5 or 10 years out. this way it creates a sense of urgency in you to help you achieve it in this lifetime.

These are just some ways on how you set your goals straight. keep in mind that goals not written and with out action will only be wishes.

again, "With what you're currently doing right now, ARE YOU ON TRACK?" if you are in a job, then you can compute using this formula: (monthly salary x 12 months) - (monthly expenses) x (years of work) = total life savings. then ask yourself will you get there?? if not, then what are your options??

we'll talk about that in the next article.

A choice has to be made.

"It's the choices you make, that determine who you are."

Have you ever experienced the times that you were left with NO CHOICE? well the truth of the matter is, there is no such thing as no choice, its just that we don't like the consequences.

Can you choose not to go do overtime work? YES, you just don't want to get fired. can you choose not to pay the bills? YES, you just don't want your electricity cut. Can you choose not to study? YES, but you just don't want to fail.

Aren't you tired of having all of these no choice situations? or are you just being too comfortable that you would rather choose to be enslaved by your situations. i believe that we should just set our priorities straight.

Ask yourself:
1.) What is really very important for me?
2.) Why am i working?
3.) What does success mean for me?
4.) Why should i succeed?

if you already have the answers to these questions, then maybe its time to ask:

with what im currently doing, am i gonna get there? - if your answer is YES, then ask yourself "when do i want to get there?" if it's not a SURE YES, then you have to think again, think again about where you are headed currently either financially or in your career. if its not directed towards the destination of where you want to be, then perhaps you have to start looking at what choices have you been doing.

Opportunities may come to you only once, it may be in any form possible that may be in accordance to what you really want to happen. the problem is, not all people will see it. if you do and you made a choice to make it happen, then congratulations, you're on your way to success. But if you don't then unfortunately, success will not come until you grab that one opportunity that is being presented to you. Remember, you will not be given exactly what you want, but rather you will be presented with opportunities to get you what you want.

but if you're asking, How do i know that it's an opportunity for success?

1.) If it gives you the possibility of getting what you want, aside from what you are doing - it's an opportunity to ride on a vehicle for success

But what if i'm uncomfortable? what if i don't know how? what if its not "me".  - then it's an opportunity to learn and grow. Success has a price, if you're willing to pay the price then you will get there, if you don't then you won't.

Opportunities are endless, but sometimes it will only pass you once. Successful people can see an opportunity and grab it immediately, while others let things pass them by thinking they cannot do it, then eventually not fulfill their full potentials.

The choices you make today, will determine where you will be in the future. Success or Failure, you CHOOSE.

It all starts with belief.

"Nothing happens without a dream." i have heard this phrase from one of the most momentous days of my life. i'd like to agree that a dream will give you hope and will give you something to fight for. But without a complete sense of belief that it can happen, it will just remain a dream.

A full belief in something, although it hasn't happened to you yet, is critical in achieving success. it is the fundamental element that moves a person to take action and start pursuing what seemed to be just a dream. A full belief will be able to fuel you enough through all obstacles and struggles because one knows that all this is just part of the journey to getting there.

I for one had always believed that if i can see it in the physical world, then i'm sure that it's possible. if it's possible then i can definitely get it. Belief that you can do it needs to be in place first before venturing into anything, because without it, then no knowledge, no skill, no training will be relevant. the belief must be established FIRST.

Philippians 4:13 - "I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength." Just keep this in mind whenever you have self doubt, fear, hesitation, worry and all negative emotions. Always remember that you have a big GOD and He will deliver.

Opportunities can come just ONCE, if you keep on choosing to listen to your self doubts, then no greatness will ever be achieved. There are no guarantees, there are only people who just believed that greatness can happen, its only a matter of time.

IF THEY CAN DO IT, and I CAN DO IT, then YOU CAN DO IT TOO!
